it’s true, service and repairs on heating and air conditioning
equipment are not always cheap, there is something that should know
about how some big HVAC companies do business.
Some companies have fast response times and knowlegeable service technicians,
but the technicians pay is driven by the repairs they complete. The
managers of these companies frown on small repairs and so if these techs
“average ticket” (service/repair invoice) is below the expected
quota their job may be in jeopardy.

quota, our service technicians are paid a flat rate for each service
call they do. Our team goal is to fix the problem quickly and affordably
and to educate our customers so that we gain a customer for life.

technician maintains his own customer list, this ensures accountability
and professionalism at every call. Our service program is designed for
customer satisfaction. It is in the best interest of all the employees
